Gastronomy (h/t Noodlepie) visits the famous Banh Xeo restaurant at 46A Dinh Cong Trang in Saigon’s District 3. Not more than two years ago, I lived just down the street from this place. I ate here often, so often in fact, I could put my order in at the kitchen, leave my front door open, and have the always delicious food delivered to my roof.
